Details: This HellermannTyton 553-50029 polyolefin heat shrink label has a white background on one side and is suitable for use as a thermal transfer printable label for wire identification. Its 0.5" outside diameter (OD) after shrinking and its smooth surface allow easy-to-read marking. The polyolefin material provides uniform three-to-one shrinkage of label diameter without shrinkage of length and is resistant to solvents and burning. This label has an operating temperature range of -67 to +275 degrees F and a minimum shrink temperature of 194 degrees F. It meets Underwriter Laboratories (UL) 224 standard for insulating tubing and complies with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations. This heat shrink label is suitable for slipping over electrical wire and heat-shrinking to affix the label to the wire.
